How to add details on the What, How and Why of each proposed change?

Double Click on a node to add or modify details.
Click in each cell to begin typing. Click on the ‘Show Formatting’ button, its provides full text formatting menus for each node element.
Now answer What (STRATEGY) and How (TACTIC) and then answer the 3 WHY’s. These are the Necessary Assumptions, Viability Assumptions and Sufficiency Assumptions related to the change.
