- Double click on “My Problem” to answer the question.
- To ensure your problem is important enough to invest your limited attention into resolving, you should define “Why it’s bad for you?”. Double click on “Local Impact” to answer the question.
- To ensure your problem is important enough to invest your team’s limited attention into resolving, you should define “Why it’s bad for others?”. Double click on “System Impact” to answer the question.
- When clicked on bulb icon in My Problem box it will show the insights of step 1.
- Click on “Go To Next Step” to go to Step 2.
